By accessing the Ewolw website or purchasing our digital solutions, you enter into a legally binding agreement. These terms apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors of content. Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate termination of services.
Ewolw agrees to perform services with reasonable care and skill. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without notice, though we strive to provide 30-day notice for major changes.
The client is responsible for providing accurate project requirements and timely feedback. Delays caused by the client may result in project timeline extensions and additional administrative fees.
Invoices are issued according to the schedule defined in the Project Proposal. Payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified. Late payments will incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5%.
Due to the digital nature of our deliverables, all sales are final. Refunds are only considered in cases of significant service failure as determined by a neutral third-party audit.
Ewolw retains all rights to its proprietary tools, code snippets, and background technology. The Client is granted an exclusive, perpetual license to the final visual and content deliverables upon full receipt of payment.
